Super convenient location, excellent English-speaking receptionist, spacious and well-equipped room, amazing breakfast, fantastic staff attitude.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the attention to detail was remarkable - it felt like I was the first guest in my room, with no signs of previous visitors and everything in perfect working order. The room was also incredibly quiet, ensuring a peaceful and uninterrupted night's sleep. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Furthermore, the breakfast offered was homemade and delicious, with a generous variety of choices.

the hotel at Laisves 30 exceeded our expectations! everything was perfect - clean room, no noise, and a delicious breakfast for a small fee. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even better than our previous time in Mazeikiai.

The hotel was located in the heart of the city, just a short walk from the train station and close to a variety of bakeries and restaurants. the spacious room was equipped with a comfortable bed, a fridge, and an electric outlet near the bed. the bathroom was also roomy and clean. the breakfast served in the restaurant by the reception was delicious, especially the freshly made pancakes with cheese and ham, making it a great value for money.

We had a great stay at a centrally located hotel with a lovely cafe nearby. The room was spacious and the bathroom was also spacious. We had everything we needed for a one night stay. The hotel staff spoke English and provided excellent service. The breakfast at the nearby bakery was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable accommodations.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious, especially the freshly made pancakes with cheese and ham. It was a great way to start the day. the location of the hotel was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the train station. This made it very convenient for my business trip. the staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The bed. the mattress was quite hard and uncomfortable, and there was a wooden rail in the middle that I could feel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable, with all necessary amenities. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a fantastic breakfast at a reasonable price. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. In terms of location, it was conveniently located close to transportation, shops, and restaurants. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The room had a kettle and a fridge which were useful. the location was convenient, being close to the town centre and the station. the bed was comfortable, and we slept well.

The TV channels were limited, and there was no tea/coffee provided. the room looked old and in need of refurbishment.

The location of this property could not have been better – just a couple of minutes’ walk from the train station! The large room was equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a fridge, a desk, and an electric outlet by the bed. The breakfast was simply amazing – it was served in a restaurant near the reception and included a hot course. And the staff couldn't have been more helpful – they spoke English fluently and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay.

There were some minor issues that we noticed during our stay. the shower drainage was poor, which made for an unpleasant shower experience.
